That's all we've got time for on Tribe - a big thank you to everyone who has joined us on Tribe for coverage of Euro 2024 throughout these past four weeks in Germany. For now, this is James Messenger saying goodbye!
History is made by La Roja - for a record-breaking fourth time, they are champions of Europe! It's their night in Berlin, in a final which certainly lived up to the billing. A lightning start to the second half saw Nico Williams break the deadlock inside 90 seconds of the restart. But as they've done so often before, England rallied - and rallied well. On came Ollie Watkins and then Cole Palmer, who made an immediate impact with a long-range equaliser after 73 minutes. The Three Lions have found themselves on the right side of late drama so frequently during their time in Germany, but this time the shoe was on the other foot as Mikel Oyarzabal prodded his side ahead four minutes from time. Declan Rice and Marc Guehi were denied by goalkeeper and then Dani Olmo on the goal-line at the death, but few can argue against Spain being the better team on the night. Yet more heartbreak for England as their 58-year wait for major tournament glory continues. For Spain, their party will continue long into the night!
SPAIN ARE EURO 2024 CHAMPIONS!

OFF THE LINE... SO CLOSE! Spain survive! From an England corner from the left, Rice enjoys a free run at the ball and powerfully heads towards goal. Simon makes a fine point-blank save, but Guehi is quickest to the rebound. He heads back towards goal, but Olmo is in the right place to nod it off the line before the follow-up header from Rice loops narrowly off target. Spain celebrate like a team on the verge of greatness. Last-gasp defending to preserve their one-goal lead!
