Dan Sheehan and Tom Clarkson join Andrew Porter in the front row. Joe McCarthy comes in at lock for James Ryan who moves to the bench. Jack Conan replaces Caelan Doris at No.8. Garry Ringrose's inclusion at centre sees Robbie Henshaw shift in one to second-five in place of Bundee Aki who slots back to the bench. Mack Hansen replaces Calvin Nash on the right wing while at fullback Jamie Osborne slots in for Hugo Keenan. Leinster prop Jack Boyle is in line for a potential debut after being named on the bench.
