Thanks for joining me here on Tribe as Son Heung-min’s late penalty rescued a point for Spurs, as they staged a remarkable comeback against Bournemouth, this afternoon, in a four-goal thriller in the Premier League: I hope you’ve enjoyed our coverage: I’ve been Rory Morrow, and I look forward to seeing you again soon for another live text commentary!
Up Next - On Thursday night, Spurs have the 2nd Leg of their Last 16, Europa League tie to contest against AZ Alkmaar, here, as they seek to turn around their 1-0 deficit. They then sign off for the international break with a trip to Craven Cottage, to face Fulham, next Sunday afternoon. Bournemouth return to action next Saturday night, when they host Brentford at the Vitality Stadium, in the teatime fixture.
Bournemouth will be kicking themselves, that they haven't left with all three points. Evanilson led the line very well and took his goal calmly whilst Kerkez, again, shone at left-back with an all-action performance. The Cherries created several openings but could only take two, with manager, Andoni Iraola left to rue the many missed opportunities to establish a bigger lead. Whilst Sarr's goal was unlucky to concede, Kepa panicked in rushing off his line to foul Son and concede the penalty: Kepa's been largely good this season, for Bournemouth, but that was a costly error. Given they were on track to win, this will feel like two points dropped in Bournemouth's push to qualify for Europe.
For so long in that match, Spurs were outplayed. They certainly risked more, though, in their attacking patterns and, eventually, that paid dividends. Son was superb when he came on for the second half, rattling the Bournemouth backline with several runs and one terrific effort, that grazed the post. He won the penalty and converted it himself while the home fans were certainly glad to see both Romero and van de Ven return from injuries during this match. However, Spurs were very vulnerable (as they have been all season) to the counterattack and a more clinical side than Bournemouth could have been out of sight. But, considering the circumstances, it's an excellent comeback to boost confidence ahead of a crunch Europa League game here on Thursday night.
A THRILLER ENDS EVEN - Super entertainment that as Spurs rally from two goals down to rescue a point at home to Bournemouth! The visitors led at half-time through a really well-worked opening goal: Scored by Tavernier and made by Kerkez. VAR denied them a second when Kerkez was deemed offside as he set up Kluivert but The Cherries did soon have another goal when Kluivert played in Evanilson, who finished exquisitely. Spurs had to show their character and they dug deep to fend off Bournemouth's non-stop efforts to get a third. And Tottenham got back in it, through a bit of luck as Sarr's cross caught everyone out as it sailed into the back of the net. Then, two substitutes combined as Maddison played in Son, down the left: Kepa took Son out and Son nervelessly tucked away the resulting penalty to rescue a point for Ange Postecoglou's side!

Danso, pressed by Sinisterra, gets the ball back to Vicario, on the edge of the box. He passes it out to van de Ven, who launches it wide left, looking for and finding Odobert on the right. Adams gets across to help out Kerkez as Bournemouth quickly surround Odobert, inside Spurs' attacking half.
90+3'
CHANCE - Nearly a winner, for the away side! Down the left, where Bournemouth have prospered this afternoon, Sinisterra holds off Spence and plays in the overlapping Kerkez. He flashes a low cross, all the way across the face of goal, which goes untouched!
90+2'
Udogie, out on the left touchline, plays the ball against the heels of the pressing Brooks, to win Spurs a throw-in, in the middle of their own half. Udogie hurls it up towards Solanke but Hill gets up above the former Bournemouth man, winning the header, inside the centre circle.
