For now this is Stanton Bell signing off, as always thanks for following along - until next time be safe out there.
That wraps up Tribe's coverage of this one, with the Australians too strong getting the win. We are back tomorrow with Pacific championship footy as we work our way through the International season.
The Tongans can hold their heads high after they took it all to the Australians, but in the end crucial errors cost them with handling and decision making their real issue. Their forwards tried their best to dominant the game, but they just couldn't get over the Aussies. Isaiya Katoa and Tui Lolohea tried their best, but their kicking game and decision making cost them at crucial times. Olakau'atu was a real standout on the left edge, while Lehi Hopoate never gave up trying and was a real spark on debut for Tonga. They can also take plenty of pride from their scramble defence stopping a handful of Aussie tries, but in the end they just couldn't do enough.
All over here with the Kangaroos turning it on in the second half to run away with this game and take the win. They were in a real arm wrestle throughout the majority of the game, with the forwards really rolling up their sleeves to shut down the Tongan attack and keep the visitors to nil. Mitch Moses and Tom Dearden controlled the game perfectly with the kicking game of Moses a real standout. Isaah Yeo lead his side perfectly through the middle, while Barnett, Murray and Cotter also added plenty of grit and muscle. Lomax and Coates were outstanding on debut as they made metres for fun and got the Australian sets rolling. The win for the Aussies now locks them in for a spot in the final, before a trip to New Zealand next weekend.

Lomax from the right hand side touchline, pushes it across the face of the sticks! That is all she wrote.

ON DEBUT! TOMMY DEARDEN HAS A GREAT SOLO TRY! The Aussies finish with a hurry as Dearden gets a try on debut. To the right hand side the Aussie number 6 took it with a show and go to Lomax, before he sliced through some weak defence to barge over and score!

Coates gets back over halfway, with Edwards next as both sides look like they want this game to end. To the right hand side it goes for Young to beat one before getting contained on the 20.
