WAAKA IS IN AGAIN! Miller offloads to Waaka and she crashes over down the left side!

New Zealand, on the other hand, have been in rampant form, dismantling every opponent in their path with clinical efficiency. They started the tournament with a staggering 51-point win over Ireland, followed by dominant victories against China and USA. Their quarter-final clash against Canada was another statement performance, securing a comfortable 22-point win. With game-breaker Michaela Brake and captain Sarah Hirini leading the charge, New Zealand's speed, skill, and physicality make them formidable contenders for another tournament title.

New Zealand secure the restart and Hirini works it to halfway down the left. Back right it goes for Felix-Hotham, offloading for Brake past halfway. Penalty New Zealand as Australia are caught offside. Time off as Levi is down in back play.

Australia tap and go as the ball goes right for Henwood to carry. Left it's sent now, finding Hinds in a little bit of space. Back to midfield it goes for Caslick to carry. Nathan is next to attack, stopped 33m out.

Miller crashes through two tackles to finish down the right side.

HERE COME AUSTRALIA! Nathan busts in behind, getting a nice ball from Levi, and Nathan finishes in the left corner.

NEW ZEALAND WIN! Teneti fends away from the last defender and plants it down in the right corner.

We are underway through a New Zealand kick off, sent high and long down field. It's secured by Australia as they work it outside their 22. Short it goes for Levi, busting to halfway. Her offload falls for Hirini, though, and New Zealand spin it left...

This semi-final promises to be a high-intensity battle between two of the best teams in women's sevens. Australia will need to be at their best defensively to contain New Zealand’s attacking firepower, while their own attacking threats Teagan Levi and Faith Nathan will be crucial in breaking through the Kiwi defence. We should be in for a cracker here.

The kick off doesn't travel 10m and it's a New Zealand free kick. Hirini taps and goes on halfway as Miller carries. She breaks straight through, stopped just 8m out. Wide right it goes now...

Short restart and Henwood wins it back for Australia... A loose pass is then knocked on by Australia for a New Zealand scrum outside their 22.

New Zealand lead by 14 points at half-time after some clinical play in the first half. 

Australia and New Zealand are set to clash in a thrilling semi-final at the Vancouver 7s, with both teams showcasing their dominance throughout the tournament. Australia kicked off their campaign with a commanding victory over Spain before suffering a narrow loss to Brazil. They bounced back with an emphatic win over Canada and carried that momentum into the quarter-finals, where they overcame Great Britain to book their place in the semis. Led by the experienced Charlotte Caslick, Australia's attacking flair and defensive resilience will be key as they look to topple their trans-Tasman rivals.

AUSTRALIA HIT BACK! The offload sends Caslick in behind and she shows great pace to run it in from 70m out!

New Zealand run rampant to defeat Australia by 19 points and progress to the final. Stacey Waaka and Jorja Miller did the damage, causing plenty of issues for the Australian defence. This sets New Zealand up with a meeting in the final with arch-rivals Fiji.

Brake breaks though two defenders to finish an excellent try.

The ball goes left off the scrum and Felix-Hotham offloads for Miller to halfway. Hirini then loses it forward for an Australian scrum feed 43m out. Penalty Australia as Pouri-Lane is offside.

NEW ZEALAND STRIKE! Brake carries, before New Zealand spin it right and Miller busts past halfway. She finds Waaka, who breaks down the right to run it in under the sticks!

Side to side attack for Australia as Henwood works it forward. No way through for Australia as New Zealand hold strong. Short ball for Caslick, offloading for Hinds to be dragged down, and he is penalised for holding on.

The restart is fielded by Levi as Australia look to attack. Left side shift now but Miller plucks an intercept clean out of the air. Teneti then breaks away...

New Zealand attack left but Paul drops it cold for an Australian scrum feed on halfway. Steady scrum and it goes left for Levi to carry.
