Thank you for joining us for Tribe's coverage of Feyenoord vs Internazionale in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 1st leg. There are 3 more matches starting at 20:00 GMT; if you're quick, you can catch them!
The stats really do show Inter's dominance in that 2nd half: possession (36% - 64%), shots (2 - 6), shots on target (0 - 2).
If the 1st half was an even game, the 2nd half was all about Inter taking control. They kept possession for long periods, despite Feyenoord's attempts to get back into the match, as well as making sure the Dutch side didn't get into any dangerous positions. Inter extended their lead 5 minutes into the 2nd half, with L.Martinez finishing brilliantly following Zielinski's blocked effort. They did have an opportunity for a 3rd after 63 minutes, when VAR sent the referee to the screen for Mitchell's challenge on Thuram, and the penalty was subsequently awarded. Zielinski's penalty was well saved by Wellenreuther, which just about keeps Feyenoord in the tie, but it's a mighty big mountain they need to climb next week.
And that will be that. Inter take a 2-goal lead into the 2nd leg at the San Siro. They're not through yet, but it'll take an enormous capitulation to prevent their progress into the quarter-finals.

Speaking of silly yellow cards, the free kick is collected by Wellenreuther, who then throws it to the left. Frattesi concedes a throw-in, before Arnautovic prevents Feyenoord taking the throw quickly, and receives a yellow card.

Inter work it own the left flank, and Bastoni crosses it into the box near the byline. Mitchell slides in to attempt the block, but he's late, and catches the Inter player. The referee shows pity and decides against showing him a 2nd yellow, despite the appeals of the Inter players. Inzaghi is then yellow-carded himself for waving the imaginary card. Silly, really.
90+3'
Inter win a couple of throw-ins down their left flank, and take their time taking them.
90+2'
The corner is too deep, with Hancko unable to get his head to it before it sails behind the byline for a goal kick. Waste.
