Brentford's lead would prove to be enough, as the match turned into a midfield arm-wrestle, with challenges from both sides earning the ire, and the yellow card, of the referee. What. A. Match! Brentford make it five wins from six home games in the Premier League this season, as they mount a great comeback win today! After being locked up at the break, following a first half that had chances each way, but equally impressive defending, Bournemouth struck early through Kluivert with an excellent strike on the end of a superb through-ball. This was the spark that ignited Brentford however, as Bournemouth barely had time to gather their thoughts before Damsgaard shot from an impossible angle to beat the keeper within a minute of his team going a goal down. Eight minutes later, Wissa had his second, and Brentford had their first lead of the match.

The Bournemouth keeper sends it long, in some form of hope to steal one late. Brooks sends it forward to the edge of the penalty area, Brentford get up to clear it away, and that's the end of a thriller!
