That wraps things up here, thanks for joining us on Tribe. We've got all the action from six more Premier League games coming your way tomorrow, so see you then!
So Wolves can travel to Ipswich on Saturday full of confidence after this result. That game's no longer a must-win for Vitor Pereira's side, but if they do back up with another victory they could move a staggering 15 points clear of the bottom three with seven games remaining, subject to results elsewhere. West Ham are back at the London Stadium as Bournemouth visit on Saturday. The Cherries are chasing a European spot but Graham Potter will expect a response from his side at home.
West Ham did their best to get back into the game in the second half after a lacklustre first half performance, but they simply couldn't find a way through despite a few good opportunities. Niclas Fullkrug came closest when his header cannoned off the crossbar, before fellow substitute Emerson rushed at the rebound. Tomas Soucek had a glorious late chance coming off the bench as well when he was played in by Fullkrug, but he could only fire wide from a tight angle. Graham Potter will be disappointed at this result, as Wolves move within five points of them in 16th. They continue to lack a cutting edge and struggle on the road.
Vitor Pereira punches his arms in the air as the Wolves fans cheer his name. It's a huge result tonight for the Wanderers as they continue to move closer to securing their survival. None of the bottom three have more than 17 points from 29 games, but Ipswich or Leicester will now need to get at least 13 in their final nine to overtake Wolves now, given their far inferior goal differences. This was a hard-fought win, with the likes of Matt Doherty, Andre and Joao Gomes in particular battling for every loose ball and putting in huge shifts. Jorgen Strand Larsen stepped up with the crucial goal and made it three in his last two. Wolves didn't dominate the second half as they were able to in the first, but they did enough to hold on and that's all that matters at this stage of the season.
Molineux roars as Wolves seal a vital three points that moves them 12 points clear of the relegation zone! They edge West Ham 1-0 thanks to a first half strike from Jorgen Strand Larsen. West Ham improved after a triple change at the break but it was a niggly game with few clear-cut chances.
90+5'
Jorgen Strand Larsen wins a free kick high up the right for Wolves after a foul by Lucas Paqueta and celebrates like he's scored a goal. Wolves are almost there.
90+4'
WIDE! Lucas Paqueta loses out on halfway to Pablo Sarabia and Jorgen Strand Larsen breaks over halfway. Marshall Munetsi makes a run and Strand Larsen guides a through ball into his path. Munetsi nudges the ball past Alphonse Areola as he rushes out towards him. His effort dribbles just wide of the far right post. Munetsi did look like he may have been offside there.
90+3'
Lucas Paqueta floats a hopeful ball from halfway up towards the edge of the penalty area. Matt Doherty heads clear for Wolves. West Ham regain possession though and keep looking for a route to goal.
90+2'
West Ham are camped out in the Wolves half as they seek a late equaliser. Aaron Wan-Bissaka can't beat his marker but does win a throw up near the corner flag.
