That wraps things up here on Tribe, thanks for joining us. We've got plenty more action from the Premier League on the way tomorrow, including two old foes going head-to-head in Manchester United v Arsenal. See you then.
So Wolves remain 17th but move onto 23 points, six above Ipswich and Leicester ahead of Leicester's trip to Chelsea tomorrow. They travel to Southampton next weekend ahead of the international break in a game where they'll feel confident of picking up another positive result. Everton move above West Ham and Manchester United into 14th on goal difference with 33 points. Both those sides play tomorrow. Everton welcome West Ham to Goodison Park next Saturday.
For Everton another point on the road is a decent result as they retain their unbeaten run. This wasn't a vintage performance from them as they lacked energy in the middle areas and created little going forward in the second half particularly. Beto had a golden chance when Carlos Alcaraz released him on the break, but his low effort lacked the quality to beat Jose Sa. Everton did a much better job containing Rayan Ait-Nouri after the break, while Alcaraz did inject more attacking impetus when he came on. Defensively they were solid and made it difficult for Wolves to break them down. James Tarkowski and Jarrad Branthwaite dealt with almost everything thrown at them tonight.
Wolves battled hard tonight but just lacked the quality and killer final ball to make the breakthrough and take all three points. Pablo Sarabia was lively coming off the bench in the second half and was always looking to create and cut in off the right flank. His free kick into the side-netting and through ball for Jorgen Strand Larsen's effort were the best two chances the hosts created in the second half. In the end a point isn't the worst result in the world for Vitor Pereira's side, but this was definitely a game they will feel they could have won.
Everton make it eight games unbeaten with a hard-fought 1-1 draw at Wolves. While there were brief moments of quality and chances at both ends in the second half, ultimately a point apiece feels like the right result tonight. That extends the gap for Wolves over the bottom three to six points.
