That's all we have for this one. Stay with Tribe for the clash between England and Wales which gets underway shortly at Twickenham. This is Anthony Morgan signing off.
Scotland return to Murrayfield in a fortnight where they will take on England for the Calcutta Cup. France head home to Lille for their next match against Italy.
France were on the back foot for much of the contest as Scotland enjoyed plenty of possession and territory. With the game tight throughout it came down to moments and France took two chances through Gael Fickou late in the first half and Louis Bielle-Biarrey's cracking individual effort from a short side raid gave Les Bleus the lead for good with 10 minutes to play. Thomas Ramos was reliable with the boot to keep the scoreboard ticking over while in the pack Gregory Alldritt was brilliant at the breakdown with multiple clean turnovers before his day ended early with a knee injury on 50 minutes.
Scotland will feel mighty aggrieved with their last gasp surge for the line appearing as though it was grounded on the line. Unfortunately every angle was unable to prove it to be 100 percent conclusive so they come away with a close defeat. Finn Russell was brilliant throughout with his kicking game both at goal and in general play a feature. Ben White had another impressive game at halfback while further out Kyle Rowe came up with a key line break late in the contest and Harry Paterson was assured after he was a late inclusion at fullback.
DRAMA IN EDINBURGH! Scotland appeared to have stolen victory with a last gasp try but Nic Berry's onfield call proved decisive as France held on for a crucial win on the road by 16-20. Scotland led 13-10 at halftime and looked on track to hold that advantage when Finn Russell extended their lead to six points with a third penalty goal in the 58th minute. A rare attacking raid down the short side by France in the 70th minute was a telling one as Louis Bielle-Biarrey chipped over the top and outpaced the defence to score. The boot of Thomas Ramos extended the lead to four with a penalty goal in the 77th before Finn Russell claimed a crucial turnover to set up the dramatic finish. In the end the game came down to the finest of margins and the French were the ones on the right side of the ledger after a very controversial but - to the letter of the laws - a correct one by the TMO.

FRANCE HOLD ON AFTER A DRAMATIC TMO REVIEW! After nine phases, Scotland had one final crack at the line where they ball was initially grounded on Tuilagi's foot before it appeared to have eventually been grounded on the goal line. The onfield decision by referee Nic Berry was held up and due to it not being 100 percent conclusive evidence that it was grounded the onfield call remains. Real tough pill to swallow for Scotland as France sneak home by four points!
80+1'
Skinner and Cummings take carries from close range. Scotland continue to hammer away through their forwards as they reach nine phases. Hepburn has a crack for the line where he is ruled held up onfield but the TMO will decide.
80'
Moefana takes a solid carry into the defence before Russell makes a nuisance of himself and manages to steal possession as Scotland take it inside the 5m. A dramatic finish awaits!
79'
Scotland reclaim possession from the restart as Russell swings it wide left to Tuipulotu. The French defence forces Scotland back on the wrong side of halfway before Rowe steps off both feet on a brilliant 40m run inside the 22m. A quality low tackle by Boudehent forces the error from Rowe on the ground. 80 seconds left on the clock!
