That is all from San Diego. A big win for the All Blacks! For now, this is Nicholas Friedlander signing out.
Fiji will be a bit disappointed with their efforts. They tried hard, but were too loose in possession, allowing New Zealand to dominate them. They missed 54 tackles, which is simply too many to be competitive at this level. Kitione Salawa had a few strong carries, and made a handful of nice hits, but it was never really close to enough. Their next assignment is the Pacific Nations Cup which gets underway later next month.
Anton Lienert-Brown was the pick of a very impressive group of individuals, breaking tackles every time he took the ball up. Billy Proctor was also very good, linking the play well in the wider channels. The rest of the debutants were all very sharp off the bench, with Wallace Sititi having several good carries, showing why he is tipped as a star of the future. George Bell bagged a the final try, which was fitting on a day New Zealand saw their future. This is unlikely to alter how Scott Robertson picks his starting side for the first test of the Rugby Championship in three weeks time, but it certainly gives food for thought in regards to the bench.
The All Blacks pick up a comprehensive win to round off their July internationals, holding Fiji scoreless in the second half as they picked up the victory. They will take plenty from the game, with several players making their debuts. Fiji tried hard, but they lacked accuracy, and never really threatened in the second period. It was an entertaining game, and one that showcased the game well to the American audience!

Maqala charges in midfield, looking to offload back on the inside, but Hotham got in the road. He knocked on, so that will be that!

Slightly messy off the kickoff, but the ball falls for the All Blacks, who handed right for Tosi. He slid over halfway, linking up with Darry who in-turn looked for Narawa, but he couldn't hold on! Scrum Fiji on the 10m line.

McKenzie nails it from the left sideline.

BELL SCORES ON DEBUT! Barrett gathers, and the All Blacks go to the drive. It was slow to move, so the All Blacks worked to the left where Proctor was taken 35m out. It got a bit untidy, but Sititi slid through a couple, working into the 22. Clarke followed to the left, stepping back into traffic, where he was taken 10m away. Bell was next, working over the 5m line, before Clarke went again. He was stopped a metre away, but Bell was there to go again, slipping through a couple as he slammed it down!
