Spain bounced back from an early deficit with to reach parity at halftime with a try to Manu Moreno. The Spaniards went up a gear in the second half and took a commanding 19-7 lead off the back of tries to Pol Pla and Jeremy Trevithick as they starved the All Blacks 7s of possession. New Zealand struck late with a try to Dylan Collier who finished off a long range break by Jack Gray but it all came a little bit too late. Spain will meet the winner of the Fiji v Argentina clash in the Cup Final later tonight.
