That's all we have for this one. Stay with Tribe for the Men's Pacific Bowl clash between Papua New Guinea and Cook Islands which gets underway shortly in Port Moresby. This is Anthony Morgan signing off.
Both sides will head to CommBank Stadium next Sunday for Pacific Championships finals day. The PNG Orchids will meet Fetu Samoa in a Promotion/Relegation match for next year's Pacific Cup. The Kiwi Ferns will take on the Jillaroos in the Cup Final.
Papua New Guinea were much improved from their 82-point hiding at the hands of the Jillaroos a fortnight ago. Defensively they were much more committed across the board despite the New Zealand wingers combining for five tries. Elsie Albert showed the way in the middle with 144m, 31 tackles and four tackle busts. Leila Kerowa provided good support on the left edge with 100m from 12 runs while on defence Therese Aiton was hard-working with 33 tackles. Potent centre Belinda Gwasamun didn't see a lot of ball but still managed to churn out 70m and two tackle busts from her seven runs.
New Zealand's left edge had the Orchids defence on high alert all afternoon but PNG did a great job to keep the ultra dangerous Mele Hufanga tryless. Wing Leianne Tufuga was heavily involved out of yardage as she made three line breaks and six breaks in her 14 runs which netted 140m. Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa was strong off the bench with a try, 145m and 23 tackles.
The Kiwi Ferns booked their spot in the Pacific Cup Final with a 0-36 win over the Papua New Guinea Orchids in Port Moresby. New Zealand were met by fierce resistance for the majority of the match but their superior class showed as they ran in seven unanswered tries. Leianne Tufuga scored the first two before Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa powered across late in the first half to put the Kiwi Ferns up by 16 points at the break. Debutant Mackenzie Wiki had a day out in the second half as she crossed for three tries while Ash Quinlan also scored after a darting run past some sloppy marker defence out of dummy half.

WIKI GETS A HAT-TRICK! Parker surges up to her 40m before Tauaneai is contained near halfway on the fourth. Clark is stopped 43m out as Broughton scoots down the short side and combines with Hufanga who pulls up 10m out. She fires a pass back infield to Broughton who passes to King, who puts in a threatening bomb to the right. Kerowa spills it forward into the arms of Wiki who dives over to score her third try out wide.
