That's all we've got time for on Tribe, I'm afraid. Until next time, this is James Messenger saying goodbye!
It wasn't all plain sailing, but Chelsea's UEFA Europa Conference League campaign is up and running with a 4-2 victory over Gent. The Belgian side gave a good account of themselves and caused Chelsea problems at times, but the Blues always looked to have enough in their locker to ensure a positive result, and so it proved. An early second-half goal from Pedro Neto doubled their half-time lead, and although the visitors pulled one back soon after, Christopher Nkunku and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall were the beneficiaries of some rather lax goalkeeping from Davy Roef as they added their name to the scoresheet. The Belgian side had the final say as Omri Gandelman scored a late second, but it didn't do anything to alter the result. We saw an all-changed Chelsea XI tonight, but the outcome of the contest remains the same. Forward the Blues march, with one game to come before the international break.
Chelsea win a six-goal thriller at the Bridge!

A late yellow card for Brown as he scythes down Dewsbury-Hall to prevent a quick Chelsea breakaway. That might be the last action of the game.

CHANCE! Another moment of promise for Gent, but they spurn this one! Araujo is caught in two minds whether to pass or shoot near the edge of the Chelsea box. He opts for the former but takes too long teeing up Ito, who is forced to dig out a shot from a standing start and fires well over.

GENT HAVE ANOTHER! Nothing more than a late consolation, but what a moment for the travelling supporters behind the goal! A searching ball down the right channel is brought down well then playing inside beyond Badiashile to find young Englishman Dean. He enters the box and unselfishly tees up fellow substitute Omri Gandelman, who opens his body up and superbly cushions his shot beyond Jorgensen and into the far corner.
