That's it for this goal-fest coverage. Thank you for joining in. Until next time, this is Sanil Karan signing off.
After regaining their composure, Bayern Munich quickly resumed their fluid attacking play and restored their three-goal lead. Kane initially appeared to complete his hat-trick by converting two quick rebounds, but the second goal was ruled offside. However, Bayern soon scored their fifth goal when Musiala passed to Olise for a simple tap-in. This effectively ended any chance of a Dinamo Zagreb comeback, as the visitors conceded two rapid penalties, with Kane converting both. Substitutes Leroy Sane and Leon Goretzka added two more goals, bringing the total to an astonishing nine for Bayern, who have now lost only once in their last 26 European matches at the Allianz Arena.
With Manuel Neuer leaving the field at halftime, few at the Allianz Arena could have predicted what would unfold next. Dinamo Zagreb, who had shown minimal attacking intent in the first half, scored twice in just three minutes, igniting the away fans' excitement. Sven Ulreich's first task after coming on for Neuer was to retrieve the ball from the net following Bruno Petkovic's finish from Marko Pjaca's clever flick. Still reeling, Bayern’s lead was reduced further moments later when Takuya Ogiwara raced through and slotted the ball between Ulreich's legs.
Bayern Munich quickly dominated their less experienced opponents, putting Dinamo Zagreb on the defensive. They broke the deadlock in just 19 minutes with a well-executed move, as Serge Gnabry's goal was disallowed for offside, but a penalty was awarded for a foul in the build-up, which Harry Kane converted. Bayern's control was evident as they doubled their lead with a stunning play involving Gnabry's lofted pass and Musiala's assist to Raphael Guerreiro. The first half saw Bayern extend their advantage further, with Michael Olise scoring his first UCL goal following a delivery from Joshua Kimmich, effectively putting the contest out of Dinamo's reach.

SAVE! Muller spots Gnabry on the left and delivers a pass to him. Gnabry cuts inside, reaches the edge of the box, and takes a shot. However, his effort is too central, allowing Nevistic to make a comfortable save.
