But for now, that is all from me in a night where a European giant flexed some muscle for the first time in this iteration of the Champions League. I hope you enjoyed the game, whether you're in Berlin or Mt Wellington or anywhere in between. I've been Carl Allport with all the action for you here on Tribe. Bye for now!
With these teams heading in differing trajectories, Barca host Bayern in three weeks - what a stonker that should be! Some history there! Young Boys will host Inter on the same night, hoping for a better display.
Young Boys had a couple of chances tonight but were made to pay for set-piece defensive errors. At a goal down, Colley should have put them even and set up a real game, but his miss saw the visitors three goals down within five more minutes. Monteiro showed his class without luck, Colley and Itten got about, but there needs to be more form their back five if they're going to challenge anyone in the Champions League this season.
Barca did everything they promised tonight and more. Lamal attacked relentlessly on the right, Martinez ran the show from deep, and Raphina with my Player of the Match performance - he got everywhere and ran the attacking third, along with sending in beautiful set piece deliveries. Lewandowski is derided in some circles as a "Tap-In Merchant" but the timing of his runs and his reading of the game just makes it look easy. Barca are back in the Champions League with a vengeance.
As expected, Barcelona wrap up a convincing win over Young Boys of Bern tonight as the final whistle signals the end of an impressive performance. Lewandowski opened the scoring early on from close range, and shut the door early in the second half as well, from even closer. In between, Raphina and Martinez struck from set pieces, and Camara's own goal finished off the rout late on.

It goes from end to end as first Young Boys come forwards and then Barca's attack is shut down by Camara (so harsh that he scored that own goal in a very good game). That should be about it.

GOAL DISALLOWED! Hadjam's pass springs the offside trap for Monteiro to run onto it up the left channel. He takes a touch and drills it onto the bottom right corner form just inside the box on the left. VAR checks and about 3mm of his toe is offside. Sigh - does this REALLY make a difference? Do we REALLY need to pull these back??
