That is all we have time for on Tribe, as Real Madrid leaves it late to win three points. I have been Elliot Thompson, and thank you for joining me. Tune in with us tomorrow on Tribe for more Champions League action. It is fantastic that it is back!
Everyone in the Champions League should take notice of that performance from Stuttgart. They had a fantastic season last year to finish second in the Bundesliga. Today, they have more than done enough to show that they deserve to be in this new league format. Courtois had to make a remarkable six saves, but he couldn't keep a clean sheet. After all their lovely football in the first half, their goal came from a simple enough corner. Leweling kept it alive on the left side of the box before volleying the ball back across the six-yard box. Undav was there to head home with ease. Unfortunately, after that goal, they couldn't create another big chance to possibly win the game. They had some massive openings in the first half, which did indeed come back to bite them. Nevertheless, they can take so much confidence from this display.
REAL MADRID GET THEIR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DEFENCE OFF TO A WINNING START! What a fantastic game that was! To no one's surprise, Real Madrid won the game, but the scoreline does not do Stuttgart justice. In the first half, Carlo Ancelotti's men looked to be ruffled by the German side. They were lucky to go in at the break level. However, just 20 odd seconds into the second half, Kylian Mbappe had his goal thanks to some great work from Tchouameni and Rodrygo. Undav managed to equalise as Stuttgart looked like they may find a winner. Rudiger, though, simply headed in from three yards out after a great delivery by Modric. That seemed to do it for Real Madrid, but then youngster Endrick got in on the act. As Stuttgart threw everyone forward, he broke after a header by Carvajal. From a long way out, he ignored his teammates to shoot. The shot flew in after some poor goalkeeping. Carlo Ancelotti seemed to be fuming at the end. That tells you all you need to know, as Real Madrid had to work so hard for this win.

ENDRICK GETS HIS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DEBUT GOAL TO WRAP IT UP! A long ball from a free-kick is aimed at Karazor on the left side of the box. He cannot win the header as Carvajal is there. It falls to Endrick. He sprints from his half towards the edge of the Stuttgart box. The youngster has Vinicius to his right, but from around 25 yards out, he shoots. Nubel dives down to his left but can only push it into the net. A fantastic moment for Endrick!

Stiller has a throw on the left side. He finds Mittelstadt, who passes backwards to Karazor. The midfielder floats in a cross towards the right side of the box. Toure jumps up, but he cannot win the header as he falls over. Away fans shouted for a penalty, but there was nothing doing.
