That is all we have time for on Tribe as Dynamo Kiev knock Rangers out of the Champions League. I have been Elliot Thompson and thank you for joining me. Make sure you tune in with us on Tribe tomorrow for the UEFA Super Cup final between Real Madrid and Atalanta.
Next up for Rangers is the Scottish League Cup round of 16 against St. Johnstone at the weekend. Meanwhile, Dynamo Kiev they have a league game against Karpaty before the first leg of their big playoff game against FC Salzburg to see if they will play in the league stage of the Champions League.
Dynamo Kiev will be buzzing that their persistence paid off as they are one game away from being in the Champions League proper. They stood firm in the first half but had some threat on the counter-attack. Of course, though the game swung in their favour after the red card. Manager Oleksandr Shovkovskiy deserves some credit though as he made several changes and it was one of those substitutes, Pikhalyonok, who opened the deadlock. Then the second goal came from another man off the bench as Voloshyn rocketed a shot into Butland's near post. It is hard to tell if they would have won without the red card but when it was 11 versus 11 Kiev certainly held their own and then went onto make the most of the man advantage.
RANGERS ARE OUT OF THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! The Scottish side for the second season running will not be competing in the Champions League group stages. They had the better chances in the first-half even though it was certainly an even game. However, it all changed five minutes into the second half as Jefte was shown a second yellow card for barely even a foul. He jumped into Karavaev who went down holding his face. The referee stopped play and everyone assumed to check on him but he brandished a second yellow to Jefte who couldn't believe it. After that Rangers sat back as they were hoping for a counter-attack whilst playing for extra-time. It was too much for them though as their defence was breached not once not twice as they have to settle for a spot in the Europa League this campaign.

WHAT A SAVE! Butland makes a total mess of a clearance as he hits it low off Souttar. The ball bounces up into Vanat's path in the box. From around 8 yards out he tries to find the bottom left corner. Butland rushes out to make up for the error to make a fantastic reaction save.

Cerny on the right wing cuts inside on his left foot. He delivers a cross towards the back post looking for Dessers. It comes straight to Bushchan though who claims the ball well and takes his time with it. The crowd have left in their thousands now as it is practically all over.

A late couple of changes from Kiev to see the game out as Shaparenko and Karavaev come off. Justin Lonwijk is on in midfield whilst Kristian Bilovar is on in defence.
