That's all we've got time for on Tribe, I'm afraid. Until next time, this is James Messenger saying goodbye!
A fine three points for Spain as they open their Euro 2024 campaign in some style! With the damage done in the first half with goals from Alvaro Morata, Fabian Ruiz and Dani Carvajal, it was more of a professional performance after the break - albeit riding their luck at times, but doing just enough to keep out a Croatia side that couldn't score for love nor money, in truth. Last-gasp defending denied Josip Stanisic, while an inspired Unai Simon kept out substitute Bruno Petkovic from the penalty spot. Even his follow-up effort was chalked off by VAR for encroachment on the penalty area, denying the possibility of a nervy finish for Luis de la Fuente's side. Instead, they chalk up a convincing first win of Euro 2024 and can now sit back and relax as their Group B rivals Italy and Albania prepare to do battle in Dortmund in little under an hour's time.
An impressive opening win for Spain!
90+4'
Another late corner is played short by Spain as they look to see a few more seconds trickle away. The ball is eventually flung towards the box from deep, but Le Normand's header never looks like troubling Livakovic.
90+2'
Excellent work from Spain to try and keep this clean sheet in tact. Stanisic skips infield beyond his man and looks to combine with Majer near the right touchline, but three Spanish players are out quickly to meet the Croatian wide man and force him backwards.

An outswinging delivery comes in from the right, but it brushes the head of a player in Croatia white near the penalty spot and bounces away to safety.

BLOCKED! A really intelligent ball near halfway frees Oyarzabal down the right flank, and he is given an opportunity to run at Pongracic. The tricky forward shifts onto his right foot and takes aim from inside the box, but his effort strikes the defender and deflects behind for a late corner.
