That wraps things up here on Tribe, thanks for joining us. Arsenal drop two points at home after a controversial Declan Rice red card early in the second half. We've got all the Premier League action coming your way for the rest of the weekend, so don't go anywhere. Five more matches are kicking off very shortly!
Arsenal will need to regroup and prepare for a massive North London Derby away to Spurs when the Premier League returns in a fortnight. They will need to tackle that challenge without Declan Rice after his red card here. Brighton will look to continue their fine unbeaten start to the season when they welcome newly promoted Ipswich Town to the AMEX in their next league game.
Brighton head into the first international break unbeaten and with seven points from three tough opening fixtures. It didn't look like it was going to be their day in the first half, with Arsenal by far the better side and deservedly ahead. Had Declan Rice stayed on the pitch you do wonder how the second half might have played out. Instead the Seagulls were galvanised by his dismissal and showed their footballing quality to dominate play and worry the Arsenal defence for much of the latter stages. Joao Pedro was everywhere in attack for the visitors and added another goal to his fine record. Lewis Dunk's delightful through ball in the build-up to that equaliser went some way towards making up for his error in Arsenal's opener. Florian Hurzeler will be satisfied with a point.
Arsenal haven't won for a ninth consecutive Premier League game and matched a record last achieved 20 years ago. Losing their 100% record will hurt Mikel Arteta but really came due to a bit of a freak incident with Declan Rice's red card. In a league Manchester City have won for the last four years with unbelievable points tallies, any points dropped from a winning position is bound to sting. The hosts kept plugging away with 10 men but struggled to find a formation and approach that got them on the front foot. Bart Vebruggen wasn't tested too often in the second half and in the end it was Brighton who looked the most likely to score a second.
ARSENAL ARE DENIED AS BRIGHTON FIGHT BACK TO CLAIM A POINT! The game all hinged on a red card to Declan Rice early in the second half. He picked up a second yellow for failing to get out the way of a Brighton free kick deep in their own half. The entire momentum switched and the visitors dominated possession, territory and the chances from then on in. It only took eight minutes for Joao Pedro to fire home an equaliser after Yankuba Minteh's initial strike was saved. Brighton couldn't find a late winner though, and Arsenal had a few decent opportunities on the counter through Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka. In the end though will this feel like two points dropped for Mikel Arteta's men?

Georginio Rutter whips the ball into the Arsenal penalty area but it's headed clear by William Saliba. That should be that.
90+6'
Thomas Partey catches Joao Pedro late as he skips away from him off the Brighton left. The visitors will have one more chance to whip a ball into the penalty area. Joao Pedro shows dissent to the referee despite getting the decision and earns a yellow card for his troubles.

David Raya picks up a late booking for taking too long over a goal kick. The Arsenal fans make their displeasure with that decision heard loud and clear.
