A pulsating Premier League game for the ages comes to an end, with league leaders Liverpool having to settle for a point against Manchester United. A goalless first half was followed by a breathless second, all four goals coming in a frantic 30-minute spell. Lisandro Martinez fired the visitors ahead, only for Liverpool to turn the game on its head with two goals in 11 minutes. But credit to Ruben Amorim's side, who belied their recent struggles and found a deserved leveller, Amad Diallo sweeping home substitute Alejandro Garnacho's cross from the left. There was time for both teams to win it and United had the best chance of the lot, an unmarked Harry Maguire firing over with the last kick of the game. But it's a vast improvement overall from the visitors, who end their recent losing run and climb up a place to 13th in the table. Liverpool stay top, their cushion now six points.
