That's all we've got time for on Tribe, I'm afraid. Until next time, this is James Messenger saying goodbye!
Enzo Maresca's Chelsea return to winning ways, and in some style too! The quality of opposition aside, there was a swagger about the Blues' play as the night wore on and they could've easily scored more than the four which ensued. The damage mostly done in the first half, there was still time for Marc Cucurella to cap a fantastic solo display with a goal of his own 12 minutes from time. After three defeats on the bounce, a performance and result of this manner was much-needed, make no mistake. Tonight's win over Southampton also sees Chelsea rise to fourth in the table - two points above Manchester City and Newcastle United, who are both in action tomorrow.
An emphatic victory for Chelsea!

GOOD SAVE! Free-kick to Chelsea, 30 yards out and fairly central. Palmer's eyes light up as he tries to make it five on the night. The England international looks to beat Ramsdale on his near side, but Southampton's goalkeeper is alert to the threat and pushes it out of harm's way.

Manning earns himself a late booking for bringing down Palmer, who was striding towards the Southampton box with purpose and poise.

A change apiece in the final minutes. Southampton send Welington on for Yukinari Sugawara, before Enzo Fernandez makes way for another Chelsea youngster, Shumaira Mheuka.
