Thank you so much for joining us today for Tribe's coverage of Manchester United vs Crystal Palace from Old Trafford. Hungry for more action? Arsenal vs Manchester City gets underway at 16:30 GMT. Oof! What a treat.
Manchester United fans would be furious but I imagine they're getting used to these poor performances, especially at home. Yes, they dominated with the ball (67% - 33% possession), but did practically nothing with it, only having 2 shots on target from 18 attempts. They end the day in 13th place on 29 points. Palace on the other hand looked dangerous when they countered, scoring twice from 3 shots on target (from 11 attempts overall). They actually missed another couple of excellent chances in the first half, so created 4/5 big openings across the whole game. They end the day in 12th, leapfrogging Man Utd, and they are on 30 points.
Game over and Crystal Palace earn 3 points after a perfect away performance. After resuming goalless at the break, they scored the first from a long free kick, which was headed off of the crossbar by a strong Lacroix attempt, before Mateta put the rebound into the net. After that, Man Utd huffed and puffed, but rarely put the Palace defence under any significant pressure. As the game went on, Amorim got desperate, and decided to put more attacking players on without defensive cover. That allowed Palace to score a 2nd on the counter in the last minute of regular time, with Munoz selflessly setting up Mateta to score after being put through by Sarr. Palace: clinical. Man Utd: toothless.

Garnacho tries to make something out of nothing, crossing via an overhead kick from the left of goal, but it's headed clear by Guehi. Easy.
Man Utd have had 2 shots on target this match. They've offered nothing in the final third, and are looking at a 5th defeat in 6 home matches in the league.

A good cross from the left by Garnacho is glanced on by Hojlund near the penalty spot, but it's wide of the right hand post.
90+7'
Palace are happy to slow things down and see this result out. Man Utd have put Maguire up front as a target man, which shows the level of desperation they've reached.

Some intense pressure from Man Utd now, but every time they lose the ball, they look absolutely panicked! They get away with one there, a Palace counter breaking down after 2 passes, it's worked left to Garnacho. He cuts inside and charges into the left side of the box, but is held up by Richards. He lays it off to Dalot, whose cross to the back post is perfect for Maguire to attack, but an excellent headed clearance by Guehi gets it away, before Diallo concedes a foul on Clyne in the Palace area.
