Unfortunately, that is all we have time for this afternoon after a dominant display from Brighton. Thanks for tuning in to Tribe's live coverage of this FA Cup clash. I've been Ethan Spencer, until next time.
Brighton will be delighted with their performance this afternoon and will be eager to see what they can achieve in their cup run this season. They came out the gates rather slowly but were able to pick up some momentum and dictate the game after 20 minutes. Their goals were taken well with Solly March's left-footed curler from the right-hand side of the box the pick of the bunch. They head into a busy schedule starting next week against Ipswich closely followed by Manchester United a few days later.
Norwich will be disappointed in the way this one played out in the end as they were outplayed in all aspects of the game. However, the cup is not a priority for them this year as they look to get themselves back into the promotion places of the EFL Championship going into the second half of the season. Being knocked out of the cup gives them the ability to purely focus on the league with no fixtures in between key matches. The head to Sheffield next weekend to take on Sheffield United in an important fixture with three points up for grabs.
A quality performance on display this afternoon as Brighton showed the real difference between Premier League and Championship quality as they took their chances when they needed to. Rutter sealed the result with the last kick of the first half as he netted powerfully past Long who couldn't prevent the goal. From then on it just looked like too much of a mountain to climb for the hosts as they struggled to create chances and maintain possession. Brighton showed how their quality today and deserve to be into the next round!
And that's full-time here at Carrow Road! A comfortable win for Brighton here this afternoon as Norwich could not handle the Premier League quality in the end!

One last counter for Brighton but Welbeck cannot find the final pass in the area. Norwich clear and that should be it for this one.
Just three additional minutes added on by the fourth official.

CLOSE TO MAKING IT FIVE! Solly March crosses with his left boot from the right-hand side. Danny Welbeck is waiting in the middle and the cross is dangerous but somehow no one gets a touch and runs through for a Norwich goal kick.
