That is all we have time for on Tribe as Aston Villa are held at home by Crystal Palace in an entertaining draw. I have been Elliot Thompson, and thank you for joining me. Stay with us on Tribe as Manchester City take on Tottenham Hotspur in just 20 minutes.
That point moves Aston Villa up to seventh place on 19 points. Next up for them is a Champions League against Italian giants Juventus. Crystal Palace remain in the bottom three in 18th spot, one point off safety after Wolves' win today. Next weekend they host Newcastle United.
Crystal Palace will have a bittersweet feeling about that 90 minutes. They looked much improved and a lot more like the Palace side who finished last season off. Oliver Glasner's side was resolute in defence whilst managing to be a massive threat on the counter. Sarr opened the scoring by going through on goal thanks to a through ball from Mateta. Just before half-time, Sarr set up Devenny with a fantastic run down the right wing after a Villa corner. He squared it towards Mateta, who missed it, but the ball ran through to Devenny, who slotted home confidently. After that, they tried to hold on in the second half but were undone from a corner. Schlupp came very close to putting Palace back ahead with a powerful strike, which Martinez tipped onto the post. Overall, it can be viewed as a positive point away from home as they are down at the wrong end of the table, scrapping for everything they can get.
THE POINTS ARE SHARED AT VILLA PARK! Unai Emery has a look of annoyance on the sideline at the end as his side goes five without a win in all competitions. They fell behind early on but responded thanks to Ollie Watkins, who was put through on goal by McGinn. He took a touch around Henderson before slotting home. Before half-time, it all went wrong, though, as Tielemans had a penalty saved. It was given thanks to VAR noticing a foul from Hughes on Bailey. Fifty-seven seconds later, Palace went up the other end with Sarr, who squared it to Devenny for an equaliser. In the second half, Villa looked right at it in the early stages. However, it wasn't until the 77th minute they equalised, with Barkley scoring a header from a corner. After that, they struggled to make any more chances which didn't please the home fans.

SHOT! Mateta holds the ball up and lays it back to Lerma. From around 30 yards out, Lerma, on his right foot, takes one touch before having a go. Martinez dives to his left as he thankfully watches the ball fly just past the post.

SHOT! Richards clears the ball away to Munoz, who flicks it onto Mateta. He has no one up with him, so from around 45 yards out, he shoots. Mateta gets it all wrong, though, as the ball does not leave the floor. Villa have it back with Martinez, but they are struggling to get any attacks going here.

Mateta does well to hold the ball and lay it off to Schlupp, who wins a throw. Before he takes it, Oliver Glasner has two changes to make. Hughes has come off for Chris Richards, whilst Sarr is off for Nathaniel Clyne. Very defensive changes to see this one out now.
