Arsenal are back in action at home to Everton in the Premier League on Saturday, whilst Monaco return to Ligue 1 with a trip to Reims. Make sure you join us again on Tribe tommorrow for more European action from the Europa and Conference League's. It's been a pleasure bringing you all the action from the Emirates in North London tonight. For now, Harrison Ryburn signing out.
A pretty good night for Arsenal all told. They dominated for the entirety of the first half, and should have had more than just the one goal to show for. Eventually that showed on the scoreboard with the two late goals though, and Bukayo Saka was the star of the show with two goals and an assist. It's also another clean sheet at home for the Gunners, and their defence was impressive, keeping the likes of Embolo, Golovin, and Ben Seghir on a leash throughout. Despite looking a rejuvanated side after the break, Monaco just lacked the ability to break down their opponents going forward, and struggled to create too much of a note. Another comfortable European night for Arsenal as such.
Fulltime at the Emirates and Arsenal have cruised back into the top eight on the Champions League ladder with a convincing three-goal victory over Monaco. After a dominant opening stanza, the Gunners had to work harder in the second half, and were forced to weather a bit of a storm. A sloppy defensive error from Salisu and Majecki handed Bukayo Saka his second goal to put the game to bed with twelve minutes to go though, and Arteta's charges finished confidently, adding a third through Havertz late in the piece. Monaco have now lost two on the bounce in the Champions League, whilst Arsenal make it seven games unbeaten across all competitions and jump up to third in the continental standings.

Monaco will finish with the ball, as Ben Seghir comes forward on one last run down the left. He opts against a delivery into the middle though, and it comes into midfield for the visitors to knock from side to side.

The crowd has still stuck around despite the cold as we enter into three minutes of injury-time. Saka comes forward down the right flank this time, and squares it up for Havertz in front of goal. The striker fires a first-time effort straight at the keeper though, and Majecki holds on.

IT'S IN OFF HAVERTZ! ARSENAL MAKE IT THREE LATE ON! And that seals the rout for the Gunners! Trossard is played into space down the left wing again, and he hangs a delivery towards the back post. Saka meets it on the volley, but his strike deflects off the knee of Havertz and bundles into the top of the net from close range. The VAR get involved to check for a potential offside against Havertz in the build-up, but the officials see nothing wrong, and the goal is awarded. This has turned into a bit of a party for Arsenal.

The corner is played short, but Trossard can't keep hold of the ball and Monaco clear away over the sideline. Nwaneri picks up the ball in midfield, and unleashes a long range effort straight into the arms of the keeper.
