TEAM NEWS: Macarthur: The Bulls make three changes to their side that lost to Western Sydney Wanderers two weeks ago. Jurman, Hollman and Scott move out of the side to make way for Vujica, Ikonomidis and Rose. 

Ivan Vujica is into the book for a blatant pull on Douglas Costa as he got forward into open space. You would say a smart foul by the Bulls defender to prevent the attack.

Vujica does well to win the ball deep inside his own half and links up with Jakolis to play his way out of pressure. His clearance doesn't find a teammate, however, and Sydney regain possession.

A one sided half ends as Sydney can't break the deadlock!

Courtney-Perkins is down off the ball but play continues down the other end as Segecic gets forward only for Kurto to prevent the attack. He clears well and collects Segecic on the way but seems to be fine as play resumes.

Jakolis whips a smart ball into the area for Harrison Sawyer. He lands it between the forward and Devenish-Meares but Sawyer runs through the keeper, fouling him in the process. Sydney earn a free-kick inside their own box.

The visitors continue to rotate the ball around the back, trying to open spaces in the Bulls defence. Sydney have had the upper hand in the first ten of this one.

Costa goes wide from the free-kick for Joe Lolley who hangs it across the face of goal from the right edge of the area. It looked good initially but floats over the bar for a goal-kick.

Some attacking play for the Bulls now as Vujica does well to slip a pass to Jakolis down the left flank. His run is dangerous but his touch lets him down as it runs to the by-line and ruins any chance of a threatening cross in the area.

COSTA AGAIN! The Brazilian continues to dominate this game as he fires another effort on goal after the corner. He cuts inside from the left and whips a dangerous shot to the right side of the goal and it crashes off the crossbar. What more do Sydney need to do to get their first goal?

Brattan trips Caceres up just in the halfway mark and looks to have scrapped the back of his leg in the process. The referee blows for a foul and play resumes with a Sydney free-kick.

The last time these two sides met, the Bulls came out victorious with a 2-1 win at Allianz Stadium in November. Ariath Piol and Marin Jakolis were on the scoresheet for the Bulls while Patrick Wood got his name on the card for the Sky Blues. 

Harrison Sawyer does well to win a corner for his side as he wrestles with Ryhan Grant on the right side of the Sydney penalty box. A good effort to create something out of nothing for the Bulls.

Brattan is into the book for an off the ball incident.

CHANCE! It's another wonder save from Kurto as he continues to keep his side within touching distance. A ball is driven low, from the right, for Lolley to connect with. He shoots on target but Kurto makes himself big and saves well, to keep his side in this one.

The Bulls scrap their way through inside the Sydney box but after a messy bit of play, the flag is raised as Jakolis was offside in the build up.

The Bulls now look for some of their own joy going forward, but a cross from the left flank by Vujica can't beat the first man as Sydney defend in a low-block. They have to hold on now as the Bulls start to enjoy some more attaching chances.

Brattan does well to win the ball near halfway to send it wide for Adamson. He spots runners into the Sydney area and fires a cross into the box but can't find a pink shirt.

For Sydney, they will be joyful with how the result ended but needed to work hard to take all three points. They were persistent in their attacking play and it finally paid off in the second half as Klimala and Segecic got their names on the scoresheet. They now fly out to South Korea for the first leg of the AFC Cup quarter-finals. Their next A-League game comes on the 16th of March where they host the Wellington Phoenix, in their run home to the playoffs.

Kamijo goes into the book for a clear trip as Sawyer broke forward on halfway. The Bulls will have one last go at the Sydney defence in this first half.

And we are underway, with Macarthur in light pink and Sydney in their usual sky-blue. Sydney start with possession inside their own half and attempt to play out but lose the ball to the hosts.

Three subs for the hosts as Ikonomidis, Vujica and Rose will make way. Nicolau, Jurman and Makrillos will try and spark some life into this one.

CHANCE! It's the sub Segecic with a chance on goal as the ball is played in behind the Macarthur defence. The ball doesn't quite sit for the forward but he manages to squeeze a shot on target and win a corner off Kurto.

CHANCE! The corner is whipped in well for Macathur where Jurman is waiting at the back post. He charges in but can't keep his header down as it flies over the bar and out for a goal kick. Nothing seems to work for the Bulls tonight.

For Macarthur, they will head back to the drawing board and try not to get their heads down as they know that their recent departures have left gaps in the lineup. They turn their attention towards Melbourne City on Friday, where a win will get their heads up and willing to keep going in the run to the playoffs. They remain in eighth, but now sit four points adrift from the top six. A huge match next week.

The Bulls feel their way into this one as they move the ball from right to left. Jakolis then fires a cross field pass for Liam Rose who whips it into the area but it runs over the by-line for a goal kick.

A rather one-sided affair so far as Sydney piled the pressure on the Bulls for most of the 45 minutes. You could say the Sky Blues have done everything except put the ball in the back of the net. The threats so far have come through the combination of Costa and Lolley, while Klimala continues to offer his threat in behind the defence. Sydney have racked up an enormous amount of shots but can't seem to find the back of the net. The Bulls continue to hold on but haven't really shown up yet.

CHANCE! Costa spots the run of Klimala into the area who pushes Boli in the process. The referee plays on for Kilmala to run at goal at a tight angle. All he can do is hit it straight at Kurto who saves easily. The ball falls to Costa once again but his effort on goal from outside the box was poor and well over the bar.

DISASTER FOR BOLI AND THE BULLS! Segecic's smart pressure earns him a goal off the bench! Kurto stands over the ball for the goal kick and taps it for Boli to play. Boli takes just too long to release from the six-yard box and the forward pressure of Segecic deflects off him and into the back of the net! Surely all wrapped up here in Campbelltown!

Costa squares up Jakolis down the right flank and plays a ball into the run of King. He was clearly offside and the Sky Blues give up easy possession.

The Bulls steer one in! The ball is played over the top for Khaoui after a smart build up down the left channel. He takes a smart touch and then loops it over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net but the linesman has his flag raised for offside! VAR takes a brief check but sticks with the original decision as he was marginally offside.

CHANCE! Adamson breaks down the right for the Bulls and looks to fire from outside the box. His shot is threatenging, forcing a save from Devenish-Meares as it looked like it could have snuck into the roof of the net.

CHANCE! A great chance for the visitors as they continue to pile the pressure on the Bulls. The ball is whipped in from the left-hand edge of the pitch intended for Klimala. He gets onto the ball first and glances towards goal but the diving Kurto does very well to prevent the opener and instead, clear for a corner.

SYDNEY FINALLY BREAK THE DEADLOCK! Patryk Klimala finds the back of the net! This one was coming and it's well taken by the Sydney number nine. Lolley picks up the ball near the edge of the area and waits for the run of Klimala. He slips a ball in front of the forward and he finishes well past Kurto from a close range!

It’s all wrapped up in Campbelltown, with Sydney FC claiming their first away win since November 1st, easing past a lacklustre and disjointed Macarthur side. The Bulls looked flustered and rushed. Despite failing to find the net in the first half, the Sky Blues lifted their intensity and, crucially, their accuracy. In a match Sydney FC controlled from the opening whistle, they take home all three points with a comfortable 2-0 victory, climbing back into the Top 6.

We are back underway in Campbelltown with Sydney getting us going. Neither side going with a change at the break.

Jakolis and Costa exchange a small wrestle on the ball where the referee eventually blows for a Sydney free-kick. There is a slight altercation from both sides after the event as words and shoves are exchanged. The referee is able to regain control after the short break in play.

Segecich lurks nearby as Boli prepares to play a backpass to Kurto. With some help from the home crowd, Boli picks up on Segecich’s approach and quickly signals for Kurto to clear it long downfield.

Costa finds Kamijo on the break but the young midfielders next pass doesn't stick as it runs back into the possession of the Bulls.

CHANCE! Caceres loops a ball over the top for Kilmala to run on to. He gets his body in a good position for the shot but just doesn't have the angle or balance to keep his volley down as it flies over the bar and out for a goal-kick.

FINE SAVE! Costa lines up the free-kick from distance and connects brilliantly. He floats it past the wall and heads for the top right corner. It looks to be in for sure but the outstretched Kurto pulls off an unbelievable stop! So close for the visitors.

TEAM NEWS: Sydney FC: Ufuk Talay also makes three changes to his eleven as De Jesus, Kucharski and Segecic all drop out. Alex Grant, Patryck Klimala and the dangerous Douglas Costa will take their places in the lineup. 

The Bulls attempt to respond with Khaoui getting forward and is hauled down. They attempt a free-kick from the right channel but it is not threatening and Sydney clear.

Sydney set up for a training-ground like corner routine. The Sydney players start nearer the corner taker and scramble to the back post. The delivery is good from Costa and the ball falls for a Sydney shot but is over the bar from the middle of the box.

Close for Kilmala as he does well to turn and create space from the edge of the box. His shot with his right foot was on target but took a deflection on the way and an easy collection for Kurto. He did look to be just offside in the build up, however.

Sydney setup for the free-kick and go short. They move the ball around as players wait in the area but Costa has other ideas as he lines a shot up from distance but doesn't connect well at all and blasts it over the crossbar for a goal kick.
